Raman K. Talwar, MD, is a licensed general and vascular surgeon with more than 20 years of surgical experience. He is licensed in Oklahoma, Ohio, and California. Dr. Talwar has served as Resident General Surgeon in hospitals in both Ohio and California. He received advanced training in cardiothoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, and peripheral vascular surgery at Baylor University Medical Center under renowned surgeon Dr. Michael DeBakey. McCurtain Memorial Hospital is proud to welcome Dr. Raman Talwar as Director of the Southeast Oklahoma Surgical Services.
