McCurtain Memorial Hospital is seeking the following:

IT Support / Network Specialist

  • Qualifications

  • Knowledge in networking including LAN, WAN and hardware
    Proficiency in knowledge of Windows operating systems and server operating systems
    Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Experience with configuring user accounts and devices in Active Directory
    Experience with Remote Control solutions
    Excellent written and verbal skills required
    Ability to multi-task and work independently

  • Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
    Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
    Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
    Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
    Document internal procedures
    Assist with creating new users
    Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
    Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
    Maintain network infrastructure
    Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and Software
    Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
    Perform timely workstation hardware and software repairs and upgrades as required
    On-call time and periodic additional time including nights and weekends

  • Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree in Information Systems or related field
    Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting end users
    Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Supervisor

  • Reports directly to the CIO.

  • Hours

  • Full time salaried and rotating on-call schedule

New Directions Program Director:

  • Qualifications

  • Prefer Master’s or Doctoral degree in the behavioral sciences, social work, or health administration, or nursing.
    Nursing degree with appropriate experience is acceptable.
    Must have two years of full-time paid professional experience with at least one year in a supervisory
    or administrative position

  • Aptitudes

  • Firm grounding in the principles of behavioral health administration and must be capable of organizing,
    managing, promoting and thoroughly evaluating an inpatient service delivery system.
    General knowledge of geriatric care and needs.

  • Hours

  • Full time salaried

  • Supervisor

  • Reports directly to the CEO.

Phlebotomy Staff

  • Aptitudes

  • Must be certified program graduate or real world experience equivalent to the program.
    Prior Coding experience helpful.
    Must be willing to learn.
    Must be experienced individual regarding QC/QA, CLIA, PI.
    Must be able to work well with others.
    Must be a team player.
    Must have experience with modern equipment.

  • Hours

  • Full and Occasional Part-Time


  • Supervisor

  • Reports directly to the Laboratory Director.

Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician

  • Qualifications

  • B.S. / A.A. or A.S. required in General Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Medical Technology.

  • Aptitudes

  • Must be experienced individual regarding QC/QA, CLIA, PI.
    Must be able to work well with others.
    Must be a team player.
    Must have experience with modern equipment.

  • Hours

  • Full time salaried
    Varied Shifts with some weekends

  • Supervisor

  • Reports directly to the Laboratory Director.
