- Health Information Management Director
Bachelors degree in HIM
3 years experience preferably in electronic medical records
Registered Health Information Administrator Certification required
Thorough knowledge of HIPAA
- Contract Coordinator
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday
Job Description:
Keep logs of insurances accepted by providers.
Inform billing, practices, and director when providers have been accepted by insurance companies.
Complete contracts for providers new to group.
Follow up on those contracts to assure the insurance companies have what they need to credential provider.
Keep log of all licenses and certifications of providers.
Warn providers before expiration of such items. Keep in separate file for audit purposes.
Assist in day to day activities in the Practice Management office.
Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma.
The candidate should be proficient in Word and Excel.
A team player, who’s organized, follows up on issues, filing, coordinates, good phone etiquette, attention to detail, and excellent computer skills.
Billing experience a plus.

Duties Include:Assessing patients and performing various duties as required.
